SOME FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:
- I love being in nature, romance, adventuring, and art in all forms.
- I'm an introvert through and through. BUT I'm not shy. I have a pretty calm demeanor with a big laugh and a joyful spirit. I enjoy being alone, but in the same breath love getting to know people and forming a connection with them in some way. 70% of my time of this job is spent at home alone editing your precious galleries while taking care of my baby boy! The other 20% is spent capturing you so this job gives this introvert the perfect balance!
- Born and raised here in Greenville, SC. I used to be bored with the scenery here and envied photographers who lived by the beach or in places like Colorado with gorgeous mountains, but I've really grown to appreciate and admire this city so much! There's so much beauty here. I love that I'm still discovering new places to shoot in.
- I've been married for 5 years now to my middle school sweetheart *insert heart eyes and heart throb emojis*. I love him SO much! You won't see much of him but you may catch him at a session with me helping out every blue moon.
- I didn't come from a family of entrepreneurs, so starting this business was a leap of faith for me and it has been an incredible journey of growing and learning!
My love for photography sparked around 11 years old during the Tumblr era of social media (90's babies what's up!) I remember just absolutely falling in love with photography through that platform and being inspired by different editing styles, fashion trends, and different locations around the world. I notice how all of these things can make you feel different things through photo. Photos tell a story and that's my favorite part about it. Documenting stories and having photos that transport you back to an era of life has always been so important to me in my personal life. It's a joy to be able to share this gift of giving you photos (or a video) to cherish for a lifetime and generations after you. Being creative and getting to tell someone's story through my eye, or lens, if you will, is my heart beat of this business! I won't bore you with going into depth about the heart behind this brand.
